Working closely with three leading retailers we helped a home entertainment brand segment a category in the way shoppers expected rather than how retailers and brands preferred, increasing volume and value sales as well as building customer loyalty. Our Client wanted to better understand their retail space and to make it work harder for them with their customers. We collated the data for them but we did more than that. We looked at their retail presence from a shopper perspective, overlaid that against their data and helped adapt and develop the communication journey to better align to the customer needs.
